30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every formula. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a resolution. We want you to give our products a genuine trial — herbal formulas work cumulatively, and we believe 30 days provides adequate time to assess their benefit.

How to Request a Return

Email support@holisticherbalwellness.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours on business days with return instructions.

Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in their original packaging (opened products are accepted — we expect you to try them).
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

All orders are processed through PayPal. Approved refunds are issued back to the original PayPal transaction and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a PayPal confirmation email when the refund is issued.
